Dairy Free Creamy Almond Porridge

INGREDIENTS

  • 80g Mornflake Organic Oats
  • 570mls Sugar free Almond milk 
  • 2 x Bananas  
  • Dessert spoon of Almond and Coconut butter
  • Dessert spoon of multi seeds 

HOW TO MAKE

  1.  

    Chop Bananas and add to a pan along with a tablespoon of butter and a squeeze of honey. Stir around the pan until browned.

    In a saucepan mix the oats and milk together and bring to the boil.

     
  3.  

    Keep stirring for 1 minute.

     
  4.  

    When the oats have thickened, take off the heat and add the nut butters, mix thoroughly and leave to stand for 1 minute. 

     
  5.  

    Divide the mixture into two bowls and top with the cooked banana and seeds.
