Delivery

Orders received by 2pm will be processed on the same day, providing item(s) are in stock and all information is correct. Orders received after this will be processed on the next working day.

Our aim is to deliver the goods that you order from our website as quickly as possible, if an item is in stock then we can usually despatch the goods within 24-48 hours. Free delivery will take 3-5 working days provided your order is in stock. If faster delivery is required then the cost will be £3.95 per order. All bikes will be despatched for delivery 3-5 working days provided they are in stock.

If an item is not currently in stock or may be a non stock item then delivery may be extended by 4-5 working days, subject to availability. In the case of bank holidays orders will be processed the following working day.

Christmas Opening: UK Triathlon Store will be closed 16th December and reopen on 3rd January. On Line orders/Phone orders will be taken upto and including the 16th December and will be delivered by 23rd December. Any orders after that date will be processed on Tuesday 3rd January for delivery that week provided goods are in stock.
