Events

If you are entering any events through the UK Triathlon Store then the following conditions also apply.

"I declare that I am of good health & fit to compete in a triathlon & do so at my own risk. I will abide by the rules of the organisers and agree to their terms & conditions. I accept that the organisers & their friends & associates are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, injury (including fatal) or expense that may arise in consequence of my participation in any of the above events."

Parents name and agreement  required for competitors under the age of 16.

For children (under 16) entering races the following minimum ages limits apply

UK Kids Triathlon: Min Age 7 on day of race

Fun & Sprint Triathlons, Fun Run & 5k: Min age 16 on race day. 

Classic & Big Half Triathlons, 10k & 1/2 Marathon: Min age 17 on race day. 

Please Note: Race Day Information & Start Times Will Be Emailed To You 7 Days Prior To Your Event. No Items Will Be Posted Out so selection of priority despatch upon payment will NOT be required

UK Triathlon Events reserve the right to change prices at any time.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU WISH TO WITHDRAW FROM A RACE - FOR WHATEVER REASON -  VISIT OUR CANCELLATIONS PAGE

Pricing

All prices include VAT at the current UK rate of 20%. UK triathlon store reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Sales contract will be formed on despatch of goods.

Any item discounted/reduced in the UK Triathlon Store cannot be discounted any further with any voucher or credit note.

The UK Triathlon Store Price Promise Guarantee Conditions:

The product offered by the competitor's website is exactly the same as the one we sell.

The product on their website must be in stock and available for delivery immediately.

UK Triathlon Store must have the product in stock.

UK Triathlon Store are able to confirm the details on the competitor's website.

Our price promise applies to the product only, not delivery or other services.

UK Triathlon store reserve the right to honour certain price promise agreements.

Sale items are discounted from original RRP and are on a While Stocks Last Basis.

Delivery

Free delivery will take 3-5 working days provided your order is in stock. If faster delivery is required then the cost will be £3.95 per order. All bikes will be despatched for delivery 3-5 working days provided they are in stock.

Orders received by 2pm will be processed on the same day, providing item(s) are in stock and all information is correct. Orders received after this will be processed on the next working day.

Our aim is to deliver the goods that you order from our website as quickly as possible, if an item is in stock then we can usually despatch the goods within 24-48 hours. 

If an item is not currently in stock or may be a non stock item then delivery may be extended by 4-5 working days, subject to availability. In the case of bank holidays orders will be processed the following working day.

Delivery applies to UK mainland only.

Official Race Day T-Shirt, Polo Shirt or Technical T-Shirt will be available for collection when you register at the event. PLEASE NOTE: THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE MAILED OUT BEFORE THE ANY EVENT.

Returns

UK Triathlon Store’s return policy for exchange or refund is 14 days providing that item(s) are unused, not damaged are in original packaging with labels attached and have proof of purchase. After 14 days no exchange or refund shall be given. All returns must be accompanied by a returns form (available by request from info@uktriathlonstore.co.uk). The use of recorded delivery or registered post is recommended for returning item(s) to cover yourself against loss or damage. UK Triathlon Store will not accept liability for returned item(s) lost or damaged.

If item(s) being returned is/are not suitable or do not fit properly then the carriage must be paid by you.

If item(s) being returned is/are faulty then the carriage will be refunded by UK Triathlon Store.

All goods purchased from UK Triathlon Store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty normally 12 months however some manufacturer’s offer extended warranty.

Due to health and safety regulations all used clothing must be washed prior to returning it to us as we need to inspect item(s). Failure to do this will result in item(s) being sent back to you where a charge for delivery will be made. Upon inspection and agreement when the item(s) are received a full refund or exchange will be made.

Wetsuit Hire

For 3 Week hire the cost is £50 which includes delivery to your door. The full cost of the wetsuit will be charged to your card as a deposit which is £150.00 for Zone 3 or £230.00 for TYR. Upon return of the wetsuit, cleaned and in good condition we'll refund you £100.00 for Zone 3 or £180.00 for TYR back onto your card. The 3 week period will start the next working day after the suit has been despatched.

A season hire is available (from 1st May to 31st October 2013) at £80.00 which includes delivery to your door. The full cost of the wetsuit will be charged to your card as a deposit which is £150.00 for Zone 3 or £230.00 for TYR. Upon return of the wetsuit cleaned and in good condition we'll refund you £70.00 for Zone 3 or £150.00 for TYR back onto your card. 

Season runs from 1st May-31st October 2013

You are responsible for the carriage charge for return of the suit.

Charges will be made in the following cases:

If the suit is late being returned, £5 charge per week overdue.

If the suit requires cleaning by ourselves then £10 charge applies.

A £10 charge applies for every tear, hole or rip in the suit.

If the suit is damaged beyond repair then the suit will be sent back to you and no refund will be made.

We accept reasonable blemishes, marks and scratches on the suit.

If you decide to keep the wetsuit simply don’t return it but please let us know via email or phone.

Privacy Policy

Data collected by this site is used to process and complete customer orders, manage and improve the UK Triathlon Store site and services. Information will only be disclosed to third parties for item(s) delivery purposes.

These Terms & Conditions administrate your use of UK Triathlon & UK Triathlon Store service and websites. By visiting the UK Triathlon & UK Triathlon Store websites you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.
