Join hundreds of kids taking part in the first ever Birmingham UK Kids Fun Duathlon where they will be run, bike, running for their school or just for the fun of it! A fantastic way to get the kids active and outdoors.

Set in Sutton Park, the largest urban parkland in Europe at 2,400 acres, the course is spectator friendly for supporting family & friends and a fun & relaxed atmosphere is guaranteed. The park has plenty to see & do for families and on the day facilities will include hot & cold food and refreshments making it a great day out for the family!

As organisers of the biggest triathlon series across the UK we are passionate and proud about what we do and the Kids Fun events are no exception. With hundreds of smiling kids faces at the end of an event parents & children alike gain a special sense of achievement and parents words of appreciation & promises to return next year confirm that the end result was worth every bit of hard work all round.

Schools Incentive Scheme (SIS) - Giving back to your school

We are keen to see more and more kids getting active in an age where it is all too easy to get distracted by technology and forget about the importance of exercise. On this basis we are offering schools an incentive to get your kids involved.

This is how the scheme will work: Parents or schools can enter this event either online or over the phone. One of the mandatory boxes to fill in will be the school name, we (UK Triathlon) will then filter out each school name and send the allocated donation. Whether it be £2.00 or £200.00 each school will be in a win situation.

For every child that signs up we will donate £2 per entry back to your school. For example, if 100 kids sign up from your school you will receive a £200 donation from UK Triathlon for your school to buy sports & fitness equipment.

UK Triathlon's Race Director, Keith Hancock, creator of the Golden Mile, Chairperson of Crewe & Nantwich Town Sports and known for his enthusiastic involvement with Sportshall Athletics says, 'This is a unique incentive scheme designed to encourage many more young people to get active. It is simple, effective and accessible to all schools, children and parents. UK Triathlon are extremely proud to be able to offer this scheme and give something back to the school community enabling them to purchase sports & fitness equipment for their school and get their children active at the same time.'
